Lookism follows the life of Park Hyung-suk, a bullied high school student who suddenly gains a second body—tall, handsome, and physically perfect—while his original body remains overweight and weak. He can switch between them, experiencing how drastically society treats him based on appearance alone. As Hyung-suk navigates school life, friendships, and danger, he uncovers the harsh reality of beauty standards, discrimination, and corruption.
